Ingredients

    Seafood

    • 1/2 lb Shrimp, medium

    Produce

    • 1 Beets, Roasted
    • 1 Bell peppers, Mini sweet
    • 1 Bok choy, Raw
    • 1 Cucumbers
    • 2 small clove Garlic
    • 2 Garlic cloves
    • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
    • 1 1/4 tsp Ginger
    • 1 Green beans
    • 1 Heirloom carrots, Roasted
    • 1/2 Lemon, Juice from
    • 2 Limes, Juice from
    • 8 oz Mushrooms
    • 1 Snow peas
    • 2 1/4 cup Thai basil, leaves
    • 1 Tomatoes
    • 1 15oz. can White beans or chickpeas
    • 1 Yai's thai ginger lime hot sauce sauteed mushrooms

    Refrigerated

    • 1 Egg

    Condiments

    • 2 2/3 tbsp Lemon juice
    • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
    • 2 tbsp Tahini
    • 2 1/3 tbsp Yai s thai chili garlic hot sauce
    • 2 tbsp Yai s thai chili lime hot sauce
    • 1 tbsp Yai's thai ginger limehot sauce
    • 2 tbsp Yai's thai spicy thai relish

    Pasta & Grains

    • 1 Wonton chips

    Baking & Spices

    • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
    • 1 Pinch Salt
    • 4 Salt and pepper
    • 1 Pinch Sugar

    Oils & Vinegars

    • 1/2 cup Olive oil
    • 1 tsp Sesame oil
    • 1 Vegetable oil
    • 2 tbsp White vinegar

    Bread & Baked Goods

    • 1 Toast
    • 12 Wonton wrappers, small

    Dairy

    • 8 oz Goat cheese, plain
    • 10 oz Greek yogurt, Plain

Recipe Instructions

  • Make the Hummus Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Top with more basil, some sesame seeds, and a drizzle of olive oil if desired. Make the Chimichurri Yogurt Combine basil, olive oil, Yai’s Thai Spicy Relish, vinegar and sugar in a food processor and pulse until finely chopped. Season to your liking with salt and pepper. Mix yogurt with lemons, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Swirl chimichurri into yogurt. Make Goat Cheese In a medium bowl combine goat cheese, Yai’s Thai Chili Garlic Hot Sauce, lemon and salt. Mix until well incorporated. Line a small (1 cup) bowl with plastic wrap. Scoop cheese into bowl, cover with plastic wrap and gently, but firmly press into bowl. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes for mold to set. When ready to serve, carefully invert bowl onto a plate and remove plastic wrap Make Mushrooms Heat olive oil in a medium skillet. Add in mushrooms and sauté for 3-4 minutes. Add in hot sauce and cook for another minute or until mushrooms are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Make Shrimp Wontons Combine shrimp with Yai’s Thai Chili Garlic Hot Sauce, Yai’s Thai Ginger Lime Hot Sauce, ginger, soy sauce, garlic, limes, sesame oil, and sugar in a large bowl and marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes. Heat oil in a large heavy bottom pot over medium high heat. Shake of excess marinade from shrimp and wrap in wonton wrappers, using egg wash to seal edges. Fry wontons in batches until golden brown, flipping with metal tongs, once. Drain on prepared plate lined with paper towels.
